The project replaces the existing box culvert. The existing culvert shows signs of deterioration. The replacement will remove the possibility of sudden failure under traffic. The new culvert will be longer which provides a shoulder of sufficient width to construct sidewalk to improve pedestrian safety in the area of St. Andrews on the Marsh school.
