There are many ways in which you can get involved in protecting stormwater quality and reducing stormwater quantity in Chatham County.

Volunteer with the Coastal Georgia Adopt-A-Drain program (coming soon!) and monitor a local storm drain to prevent clogging!

Volunteer with the University of Georgia’s Adopt-A-Wetland program or Georgia’s Adopt-A-Stream program to conduct monthly monitoring of local waterways.

Support local community outreach events like the Savannah Earth Day Festival, Skidaway Marine Science Day , and World Ocean’s Day.

Volunteer with local Chatham County clean up events or other Rivers Alive Clean up Events.
