Send an Email to coengineer@chathamcounty.org and specifically request the "Digital Plat Submission Example Drawing" via return email.

Digital As-builts will be used as a template will aid in collection of as-built conditions as collected by surveyors and engineers at the project close out phase of construction. The digital as-built would not be a red-lined or amended construction plan or record drawing. It was brought up that this would bring additional cost for the project and that currently the as-built is a redline drawing marked up by inspectors in the field.
