Chatham County is planning to construct a new facility to service a portion of Chatham County’s fleet, focusing on the larger, heavy-duty fleet vehicles. The facility will include office space, storage for parts, and drive thru maintenance bays designed to accommodate the County’s largest and most heavy-duty vehicles.

Design for the new facility has been completed.  Bidding for the construction contract is underway with start of construction anticipated for 3rd quarter of 2025.
