This project entails design and construction of a new facility to serve as the headquarters for the Chatham County Police, Marine Patrol Unit.  The project is in the final design and permitting phase with the goal of publicly bidding the construction contract early 2027.  The facility is planned to be complete 2nd quarter of 2028.
