The project provides access to clean out and regularly maintain a drainage channel which is severely impacted and is having negative impacts on the Barnett Drive area of the Isle of Hope. These actions will improve drainage conditions in the area, which has seen chronic flooding over the years. The project will increase pipe sizes within the area,further reducing flooding.
